The bill reduces the employer contribution rate for the Denver Public Schools (DPS) Division of the Public Employees’ Retirement Association from 10.4 percent to 7.4 percent of the member’s salary. The bill sponsors provided a packet of information (Attachment H), amendment L.001 (Attachment I), and amendment L.002 (Attachment J).
