Representatives Roberts and McKean, co-prime sponsors, introduced House Bill 20-1279, concerning drunk driving law enforcement.  The bill changes the funding source from which the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) receives funding for the purposes of local drunk driving prevention and law enforcement; and department high-visibility drunk driving enforcement.  The department will receive $2 million from the General Fund instead of the Law Enforcement Assistance Fund (LEAF).
