Representative D. Valdez introduced Senate
Bill 20-152, concerning correcting the effective date clause of Senate
Bill 19-263 to ensure that the bill eliminates the requirement that the
State Treasurer execute lease purchase agreements. The lease purchase
agreements fund transportation projects during fiscal years 2020-2021 and
2021-2022 if a referred ballot issue authorizing the state to issue transportation
revenue anticipation notes is approved at the 2020 general election. |
