The committee returned to order. Representatives Bradfield and Rutinel, co-prime sponsors, presented Senate Bill 25-006. The bill permits the State Treasurer to invest up to $50 million in bonds at below market rates to create affordable housing. The bill sponsors responded to committee questions.
