Representative Bockenfeld, prime sponsor, explained House Bill 19-1080 which was laid over from the January 28th committee meeting.  The bill allows Colorado residents who are first responders with an occupational disability to get a free lifetime small resident game hunting and fishing license, a Columbine Pass, and to participate in any applicable property tax work-off programs.  Representative Bockenfeld distributed and explained L.001 [Attachment A].
