and Lukens, co-prime sponsors, introduced Senate Bill 25-146: Fingerprint-Basred
Criminal History Record Checks. The bill aligns state law with federal
requirements for fingerprint-based criminal history record checks. The
sponsors provided an informational handout (Attachment A) and spoke to
the proposed strike below amendment, L002 (Attachment B). |
