Representative Clifford,
prime bill sponsor, presented Senate Bill 25-064 - Safe2tell Handle with
Care Notice. The bill requires the Safe2Tell Program to provide a handle-with-care
notice to a school when a student has had a traumatic event at home. Representative
Clifford responded to questions from the committee and provided a handout
from the Office of the Attorney General (Attachment H).
