Representatives Rydin and Woodrow introduced Senate Bill 277: Sunset Title Insurance Commission. The bill continues and makes changes to an advisory body in the Department of Regulatory Agencies, which is scheduled to repeal on September 1, 2025. The advisory body is continued through September 1, 2029.
