Representatives Lieder and Hamrick presented Senate Bill 25-186: Sunset Workers' Compensation Providers Accreditation. The bill continues the Workersâ Compensation Accreditation of Health Care Providers Program, until September 1, 2036, and allows any regulated health care professional to obtain accreditation. The program is currently scheduled to repeal on September 1, 2025. |
