Senator Roberts introduced House Bill 25-1311. For purposes of the sports betting tax, the bill reduces the deduction for free bets placed by players to 1 percent on January 1, 2026, and ends the deduction on July 1, 2026. He distributed a fact sheet to the committee (Attachment A).
