Senator Hill, chair, called the meeting to order and explained the agenda for the day. Senator Priola, sponsor, presented Senate Bill 17-041 which concerns employment contracts for certain positions at institutions of higher education. Senator Priola distributed a handout (Amendment A) and amendment L.002 (Attachment B).
