Mr. Karbach responded to questions regarding investigations undertaken under HB 25-1275. Discussion ensued regarding the scope of ethical breach problems addressed by the bill, and the fiscal impact of the bill. Discussion returned to the scope of the bill.

Jeanne Segil, representing the Korey Wise Innocence Project, testified in support of the bill. Jud Lohnes, representing the Korey Wise Innocence Project, testified in support of the bill. Dr. Laura Combs, representing themself, testified in support of the bill. Mr. Adam Frank, representing themself, testified in support of the bill.

Dr. Combs responded to questions regarding claims made during earlier testimony.  Other panelists discussed these questions. Mr. Lohnes responded to questions regarding certain types of cases that gave rise to HB 25-1275.
