Senators Jodeh and Hinrichsen, bill sponsors, presented House Bill 25-1026 to repeal copayment for Department of Corrections (DOC) inmate health care.  The bill prohibits the DOC from charging copayments and late fees for medical services.

Christina Walker, representing Healthier Colorado, testified in support of the bill.
