The primary bill sponsors, Representatives Garcia Sander and McCormick, introduced Senate Bill 25-193 to the House Health and Human Services Committee. The bill continues the Primary Care Payment Reform Collaborative by the Department of Regulatory agencies for seven years, extending the program’s repeal date from September 1, 2025, to September 1, 2032.
