The committee was
called to order. A quorum was present. Representative Espenoza,
prime sponsor, presented Senate Bill 25-126. The bill requires entities
filing a pre-merger notification to also file with the Attorney General
under certain circumstances. Representative Espenoza explained the effect
of the bill and discussed its need. Representative Espenoza responded to
questions regarding the impact of the bill on the powers of the Attorney
General. |
