Representative Buentello presented Senate Bill 19-066, concerning the creation of the High Cost Special Education Trust Fund to be administered by the Colorado Special Education Fiscal Advisory Committee. The bill transfers $1.0 million.

Jason Hopfer, representing St. Vrain Valley Schools, testified in support of the bill and answered questions from the committee. Representative Buentello also answered committee questions.
