The committee returned to order. Representatives Saine and Becker K., prime sponsors, presented Senate Bill 17-301, concerning energy-related statutes. Representative Saine explained the effect of portions of the bill. Representative Becker provided an overview of the bill, and discussed its need. Discussion ensued regarding some amendments appended to the bill in the Senate.
