Representative Soper and Representative Marshall, co-prime bill sponsors, presented House Bill 24-1048, concerning the creation of a state tax expenditure and grant opportunity database. The bill requires the Department of Revenue to create and maintain an online database that includes information on all qualifying state tax expenditures and state grant opportunities, including any grant funded by state money or administered by the state. The co-prime bill sponsors provided a handout to the committee (Attachment G).
