Senator Gardner introduced Senate Bill 17-023. The bill was recommended by the Colorado Commission on Uniform State Laws. The bill enacts the "Revised Uniform Athlete Agents Act (2015)" which establishes provisions for the registration and renewal of registration for athlete agents, to be administered by the Secretary of State.
