Stewart and Woog, co-prime sponsors, presented House Bill 26-1052. The
bill provides additional victim rights around crime lab misconduct cases
and restitution hearings, using aliases, and clarifying who can be a designated
representative for the victim. The bill sponsors provided and explained
amendments L.001 (Attachment A) and L.002 (Attachment B). They responded
to committee questions about the bill. |
