Representatives Lindsay
and Velasco, co-prime sponsors, asked the committee to postpone House Bill
26-1106 indefinitely. The bill would have modified certain requirements
and timelines for eviction cases and required courts to hold a trial or
hearing if an eviction defendant filed an answer expressing an intent to
cure.
Written testimony
is included as (Attachment J).
