Senators Danielson and Catlin introduced House Bill 26-1110, concerning vulnerable adult financial exploitation. The bill requires certain employees of financial institutions to report potential financial exploitation of vulnerable adults. The sponsors distributed Amendment L.022 (Attachment H).
