The second meeting of the first conference committee on House Bill 18-1295 was called to order by Senator Coram. There was a quorum present.  The members agreed that they would request permission from their respective chambers to go beyond the scope of the rerevised bill.  The members agreed to adopt the first report of the first conference committee on House Bill 18-1295 [Attachment A].
