Attorney General Phil Weiser discussed the current Nebraska v.  Colorado lawsuit. He told the committee about the claims made by Nebraska in the lawsuit and how Colorado has responded. He spoke about the canal that Nebraska wants to build.

State Engineer Jason Ullman discussed his team's role in the lawsuit with Nebraska. He spoke about his experience in administering the South Platte River Compact and the meetings he has had with Nebraska's State Engineer. He told the committee about the briefs that have been filed by Colorado in response.
