and Herod, prime sponsors, presented House Bill 24-1103. The bill prohibits
the use of âexcited deliriumâ in first responder trainings, peace officer
incident reports, and as the cause of death in death certificates. Representative
Amabile explained the effect of the bill and discussed its need. Representative
