Electra Bustle, Senior
Director for the Colorado Division of Motor Vehicles (DMV), Department
of Revenue, presented the DMV's annual update to the committee. Ms. Bustle
gave an overview of the DMV's organizational structure and work, key data
points, customer experience and feedback, mobile driver lixcense (mDL),
DMV2GO, Performance Regislatration Information Systems Management (PRISM),
electronic vehilce titling and registration, motor vehicle investigations
unit, and a license plate update. Ms. Bustle also gave an update on the
DRIVES upgrade and provided a handout (Attachment A) to the committee.
Finally, Ms. Bustle gave an update on the implementation of recent legislation. |
