Mark Champoux, on behalf of the Colorado Technology Association and its partners TechNet and the Colorado Chamber of Commerce, gave an overview of the draft recommendations.

The task force asked a variety of questions throughout the presentation on topics such as algorithmic discrimination, organization size as a factor in legislation, impacts on students, discrimination, consequential decisions, and innovation versus consumer protection.
