Senator R. Pelton,
co-prime sponsor, presented on House Bill 25-1054 Repeal Legislative Audit
Committee Reviews of Emissions Program. The bill repeals the requirement
that the Legislative Audit Committee direct the State Auditor to conduct
performance audits of the Automobile Inspection and Readjustment (AIR)
program every five years. Senator R. Pelton provided a handout to the committee,
which is included as Attachment B. Senator R. Pelton responded to questions
from the committee. |
