Senators Snyder and Catlin introduced Senate Bill 25-036, concerning bonding of Colorado State Patrol (CSP) officers. The bill makes an exception to the requirement that a member of the CSP give a surety bond to the state if the CSP is self-insured through the Colorado State Office of Risk management, as it currently is.
