Senator Simpson and Senator Hinrichsen, co-prime sponsors, presented House Bill 23-1179. The bill excludes the Agricultural Products Inspection Cash Fund from the limitations on uncommitted reserves and allows for an uncommitted balance of up to 50 percent of the amount spent during the fiscal year.
