Senators B. Pelton
and Kolker introduced Senate Bill 25-147. The bill designates the Public
Employeesâ Retirement Association (PERA) as a local public body under
open meetings laws, establishes term limits for trustees, and requires
that certain financial information be posted on the associationâs website.
