Senators Hinrichsen and Weissman, co-prime sponsors, presented Senate Bill 25-062, concerning contempt of court for failure to appear charges in municipal court.  The bill sponsors discussed that the bill prohibits municipalities from making failure to appear ()FTA) to municipal court a crime.

The bill sponsors distributed Amendment L.002 to clarify FTA as it pertains to the bill (Attachment D).
