Representatives Lindstedt
and Vigil, co-prime sponsors, introduced and explained House Bill 23-1276
concerning the Bridge and Tunnel Enterprise. The bill proposes increasing
the powers of the enterprise to complete preventative maintenance on bridges
and allowing the repair, reconstruction, replacement, and maintainenance
of some fair rated bridges under certain circumstances. The bill
sponsors provided a handout (Attachment J). |
