prime bill sponsor, and Representative Pascal presented House Bill 25-1089,
concerning the authority of a county clerk and recorder to allow a team
of bipartisan election judges to verify signatures in a mail ballot election.
The bill allows for multiple election judges to verify election signatures
as a team. Representative Richardson and Representative Pascal responded
to questions from the committee. |
