Representatives Roberts and Soper introduced House Bill 22-1073, Funeral Establishment & Crematory Inspection. The bill authorizes the Director of the Division of Professions and Occupations in the Department of Regulatory Agencies to have an inspector enter the premises of registered funeral establishments and crematories during regular business hours to conduct inspections to investigate a complaint or suspected violations.
