HB25-1124 - Referred to the Committee of the Whole

01:34:25 PM
The primary bill sponsor, Representative Ryden, introduced House Bill 25-1124 to the House Health and Human Services Committee. This bill removes most of the requirements put in place by House Bill 22-1278 (except the requirements for minimum data collection standards and grievance reporting), and limits the use of the universal contract to behavioral health safety net services. It also adds an additional requirement that individuals have access to necessary care within the behavioral health safety net system. The bill also clarifies that the requirements do not require the expansion of data collection.
