Sunset Continue Colorado Department of Early Childhood Executive Director Rule-Making
Concerning continuing the rule-making authority of the executive director of the department of early childhood, and, in connection therewith, implementing the recommendation contained in the 2023 sunset report by the department of regulatory agencies.

The act implements the recommendation of the department of regulatory agencies (department), as contained in the department's 2023 sunset review and report concerning the rule-making authority of the executive director of the department of early childhood (executive director). The act continues the executive director's rule-making authority for 7 years, until September 1, 2031.
