an overview of the day's agenda. Senator Goznales proceeded with the first
agenda item.

Jeremiah Barry, Deputy
Director, Office of Legislative Legal Services (OLLS), suggested that the
committee consider meeting in executive session to be advised on the legalities
of conducting the interviews for the next Director of OLLS.

09:09:35 AM	Motion	I move that the committee go into executive session pursuant to section 24-6-402 (3)(a)(II), C.R.S., for the purpose of receiving legal advice concerning conducting interviews for the position of Director of the Office of Legislative Legal Services.
