member of the Colorado Youth Advisory Committee (COYAC), listed the priority
order of the students' recommendations. She responded to questions from
the committee. She clarified that the proposal that was prioritized last
was the one regarding assistance with the various financial aid forms for
college admissions.

relating to youth access to mental health care. The proposed bill would
provide funding to schools to hire mental health professionals and to individuals
who study to become mental health professionals.

about their interest in moving forward with the idea to provide financial
aid application assistance. The chairman made closing remarks to the students
