Representatives McLachlan and Buckner, co-sponsors, presented Senate Bill 19-007, concerning the prevention of sexual misconduct at higher education campuses. The bill requires institutions of higher education to adopt sexual misconduct policies for enrolled students by August 1, 2020. The bill sponsors answered questions from the committee.
