Representative Weissman, bill sponsor, presented Senate Bill 19-234. The bill continues the registration and reporting requirements of professional review committees to the Department of Regulatory Agencies, which is scheduled to repeal on September 1, 2019. A copy of the "2018 Sunset Review: Colorado Professional Review Act" report was distributed to the committee (Attachment A). Representative Weissman answered questions from the committee.
