Senator Sonnenberg asked questions about Amendment #1 [Attachment A] to the proposed draft bill [Attachment B]. Committee discussion about the make-up of the committee under the bill ensued.

Brita Darling, representing the Office of Legislative Legal Services, explained the language of the bill and how the membership of the committee would change under the bill. She responded to questions from the committee.

The bill will start in the Senate and Senator-elect Lundeen and Representative Garnett are named as sponsors and the balance of the committee named as cosponsors.
