projection of cash needed. Mr. Slowinski and Jared Minter, Colorado School
of Mines, responded to questions from the committee. A CDC Staff write-up
on the project is included as Attachment A.

program. The presentation is included as Attachment B.

Department of Military and Veterans Affairs (DMVA), greeted the committee.
The committee chair laid the item over until later in the meeting to allow

on proposed legislation to the committee. Bo Pogue, Legislative Council
Staff, and Megan McCall, Office of Legislative Legal Services, responded
to procedural questions from the committee. A letter from DOLA proposing
the legislation is included as Attachment D.
