Heidi Humphreys,
Executive Director of the Department of Revenue, introduced herself and
began her presentation (Attachment A). Ms. Humphreys also introduced Rick
Johnson, Chief Administrative Officer. Ms. Humphreys gave an overview of
DPA's real estate and their work towards reducing office space and becoming
a hybrid workforce. Ms. Humphreys described the department's request to
occupy space on the Auraria campus. The 1881 Pierce St building currently
houses several DPA functions, but they have a lot of issues with the building,
including the parking lot. The department seeks to move over to the Department
of Transportation building for non-customer facing employees and then the
Auraria Higher Education Campus space for customer facing services.

University of Northern Colorado, and Kirk Leichliter, Assistant Vice President
Facilities Management, introduced themselves. Mr. Leichliter described
the Osteopathic Medicine request and possible funding strategies. Dale
Pratt, Assistant Vice President for Administration/ Chief Financial Officer,
gave further information on the McKee, Crabbe, and Candelera Hall projects.

Executive Officer, and Luis Colon, Chief Administrative Officer, History
Colorado, introduced themselves and began their presentation. History Colorado
provided a handout, which is included as Attachment B. Ms. DiPrince described
the Grant Humphreys Mansion request. Ms. DiPrince also described how revenue
from Grant Humphreys is crucial to help fund upgrades at community museums.
Hannah Rabicoff, Director of Facilities, was available for questions.

introduced herself and began DPA's presentation. Rick Lee, Director the
Division of Capital Assets, introduced himself and described the Kipling
Campus Chiller project. Mr. Lee went over the Capitol Complex request.

presented the Office of the State Architect's (OSA) Annual Report. Tana
Lane, State Architect, introduced herself and began OSA's presentation.
Ms. Lane went over terms, FCI definitions, and how OSA determines its recommendations.
She discussed additional responsibilities of OSA.

Cameron Kennedy, Manger of the Real Estate Program, introduced himself and discussed the report from his office.

Rod Vanderwall, Manager of the Energy and Environment Program Manager, presented on his section's annual report.
