and Baisley introduced Senate Bill 23-060, concerning consumer protection
in event ticket sales.  The bill expands the definition of deceptive
trade practice for online ticket resales, exempts select tickets from sale
limitation, and outlines a civil penalty structure for violations. The
sponsors distributed Amendment L.003, L.004, and L.005 (Attachments A,
B, and C). The sponsors responded to questions from the committee.
