Senator Lundberg presented Senate Bill 17-039, which creates a transferable income tax credit for taxpayers who enroll their dependent child in a home-based or private school, or who offer a scholarship to a child who enrolls in a private school. Committee members received a handout from Senator Lundberg regarding the net budget impact of SB 17-039 (Attachment A).
