Senator Todd, bill sponsor, introduced Senate Bill 19-137.  The bill extends the Colorado Student Leaders Institute (COSLI).  Senator Crowder, bill sponsor, made further comments on the program extended by the bill.  The bill sponsors responded to clarifying questions from the committee.
