Senator Hansen and
Majority Leader Fenberg, co-prime sponsors, introduced Senate Bill 21-272,
concerning the operations of the Public Utilities Commission. The bill
specifically modernizes the commission's statutory directives regarding
distributed generation of electricity, requires additional disclosure from
intervenors in adversarial proceedings, and provide the commissioners with
access to independent subject-matter experts.



The co-sponsors introduced and distributed Amendments L.004, L.005, and
