Bill Summary:
In state fiscal year 2023-24, the general assembly appropriated $1,400,000 from the general fund to the department of labor and employment to be used for the construction registered apprenticeship grant program. The act reverts $222,701 of that appropriation back to the general fund on or before June 30, 2025.
