Concerning the continuation of the youth restraint and seclusion working group, and, in connection therewith, implementing the recommendation in the 2023 sunset report by the department of regulatory agencies.

Sunset Process - House Health and Human Services Committee. The youth restraint and seclusion working group (working group) is set to repeal September 1, 2024. The bill implements the department of regulatory agencies' recommendation to continue the working group indefinitely extends the working group until September 1, 2034 .
